This process helps with getting rid of bacteria and mold.

Storing fresh berries 

Ingredients

  • 3 c water

  • 1 c White Vinegar

  • 3 - 5 oz containers of Berries

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl add the water, vinegar and berries. Let them sit for about 10 minutes.

  2. Rinse well then dry completely on paper towels.

  3. Once dry, add to a mason jar, cover and will stay fresh for up to two weeks.

The ratio is 3 parts water and 1 part white vinegar - adjust based on how many berries you have
