ROASTED SHRIMP

This is a simple and quick way to cook shrimp that can go with anything.  Serve over a favorite salad, shrimp cocktail appetizer* or add to a pasta dish!

Roasted Shrimp

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lbs Shrimp (extra large), fresh or defrosted, peeled and tails removed

  • 2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 1 Tsp Lawry’s Seasoned Salt

  • ½ Tsp Black Pepper

Directions

Preheat the oven to 400°F.  

  1. Put the shrimp in a bowl, add the olive oil, season all and pepper.  

  2. Mix well so all of the shrimp is coated.

  3. Line a rimmed sheet pan with aluminum foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.

  4. Spread the shrimp in a single layer on the sheet pan and don’t overcrowd, then bake in the oven for about 8-10 minutes or until the shrimp is pink and opaque.

*If you want to use it for a roasted shrimp cocktail I would leave the tail intact.
