In less than 30 minutes you can have homemade chicken noodle soup.  It is so delicious and so easy.  

Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients

  • One rotisserie chicken, deboned and meat cut up into small chunks

  • 12 c of Chicken Broth

  • 1 package of Knorr's Vegetable Soup Mix

  • 2-3 Large Carrots, peeled and diced

  • 2-3 Stalks of Celery, diced

  • 1 Onion, diced

  • 2 c Wide Egg Noodles

  • 1 tsp Pepper

  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped

Directions

  1. Add the chicken broth, soup mix, carrots, celery, onion, and pepper to a stock pot and bring to a boil over medium heat.

  2. Simmer for 20 minutes.

  3. Add noodles and cook for another 7 minutes. 

  4. Turn off heat and add in chicken and parsley.

  5. Serve with oyster crackers, croutons or fresh bread.
