Hard Boiled Eggs
Hard Boiled Eggs
In a saucepan place the eggs in a single layer and fill the pan with cold water to a little over an inch above the eggs.
Bring to a boil, then cover and turn off the heat, letting the eggs sit in the hot water for about 10-12 minutes.
Once the time is up, take the eggs out of the pan and place them into a large bowl with cold water and ice cubes.
Once cooled completely, then peel them (tap the eggs on all sides).
This process also makes the eggs easier to peel.
